Chris Sabin's Greatest Career Moments

Fans around the world are still abuzz over the historic World Heavyweight Championship victory by Chris Sabin over Bully Ray on the July 18th, 2013 Destination X Impact Special. This latest success isn't a surprise if you look back at the underrated and overachieving career of a man who has proven time and again that he's prepared for anyone and anything TNA Wrestling throws at him! While Sabin’s World Title victory will certainly rank as the greatest win of his career, we take a look back at some more memorable moments since his 2003 debut!

April 9, 2003: Chris Sabin debuts in TNA, teaming with Johnny Storm against Jerry Lynn/Amazing Red and Shark Boy/Jason Cross in a three way tag match.
Chris Sabin's first match in TNA took place at the Nashville Asylum back in 2003 and immediately impressed fans with his unique style.  Looking back, Sabin has remarked that he was excited to be a part of the X-Division and thankful for the opportunities this three way tag match opened for him.

May 14, 2003: Chris Sabin defeated  Jerry Lynn and Amazing Red to win his first X-Division Championship
Just over one month after arriving in TNA, Sabin amazed the world for the first of many times by achieving his goal almost immediately.  In a spectacular bout against Jerry Lynn and Amazing Red, Chris began his first of many X-Division title reigns.

September 3, 2003: Chris Sabin pinned Juventud Guerrera in the Super X Tournament finals to win the 2003 Super X  Cup
Still in his first year with TNA, Chris Sabin defeated Jerry Lynn, Frankie Kazarian, and finally Juventud Guerrera to capture the prestigious TNA Super X Cup.  The win gave Chris a shot at the X-Division Title he had lost earlier in the year.
