Dong Hyun Kim Vs. Matt Brown

Rd. 1

The story of this first round is Dong controlling Brown's back and having him in deep trouble with a standing RNC. Brown turns into him eventually and lands a nice high kick that stuns Dong. Brown looks for a choke of his own, but Dong works out of it and gets control of Brown as the round comes to an end. 10-9 Dong

Rd. 2

Brown early with various kicks. Dong lands a jumping knee and falls onto his back. Dong is forced up and Brown lands some great knees to Dongs Chin. Brown looks to take Dong down, but Dong stuffs it. Dong looks for a takedown of his own but Brown stuffs it and him against the cage and is picking him apart right now. Brown trips Dong and is now in his closed guard. Dong looks for a high rubber guard and Brown postures up and out of trouble and gets hit by a good upkick. Brown attemtps a spinning Guard passing punch. Brown now posturing up and looking to land body shots. Brown backs away and Dong is forced to stand up. Dong looks to engage again and tries to hold Brown close to avoid punishment. Both men are physically winded here. Brown lands a fantastic combination. Dong falls to his back and Brown gets on top of him and is looking for an arm triangle. He's givin it up to deal out punishment to Dong. 10-9 Brown

Rd. 3

The fight is halted as Brown realizes he forgot to put his mouthpiece in after getting popped in the mouth. Dong secures a takedown and gets sidecontrol. THROW ELBOWS. Ah, Brown escapes and gets back to his feet. Brown pushes him against the fence and is pressuring him with nice inside knees. Dong lands a big shot on Brown and now he has Brown up against the cage. Dong gets him back on the canvas and is in Browns half guard. ELBOWS DONG, COME ON. Browns holding Dong close to avoid real punishment in this position. Dong lands two beautiful elbows and Brown is gapped open. Browns face looks like it was in a car wreck. Dong working short elbows here. 10-9 Dong. This fight will be decided on whether or not the judges gave him 10-8 for round two.

Post-fight Brown says he cant see anything. He should definitely not be winning this fight, but the judges are notoriously bad. So we'll see.

Of course Peoples scores it for Brown. What an idiot, please fire this guy already.

Dong Hyun Kim Via Split Decision

The crowd hates the decisions, I agree Dong should've won Unam. Great Job!

Matt "dont put lime in my chew" Brown says, "Whatever Man!"

Martin Kampmann Vs. Nate Marquardt

Rd. 1

Marquardt connects with a big head Gongzaga/Mirko kick early that folds Kampmanns knees. Marquardt stays with him and is obliterating him. Kampmann is in big trouble and Marquardt is blasting him with knees and inside uppercuts and bodyshots. Kampmann is crippled to the floor after being bulldozed. The fight is all over. I was totally impressed with his performance. Marquardt looked like an absolute beast. STEAL THIS WIN FROM HIM JUDGES. I guess they call Kampmann the hitman because he was just hit a million times before collapsing against the cage.

Dan Henderson Vs. Rousimar Palhares

Rd. 1

Henderson backs Palhares up and blasts him with a vicious right hand and then follows it up with some G'n'P on the ground. Henderson moves away from potential danger and forces Palhares to engage and come at him. Henderson stuffs two shots and is looking to just blast Palhares jaw into the first or second row of seats. Henderson lands another crushing right. Palhares attempts a wheel kick to no avail. Palhares shoots again and is stuffed. Perhaps he forgot that Henderson wrestled for the Olympics. Palhares looks to come in and eats vicious shots. Palhares picks himself off of the mat and throws some very untraditional MMA kicks. Palhares shoots a takedown and Henderson looks for a crucifix off his back. Palhares escapes and is now in Hendersons half guard. Palhares rolls for a knee bar as the bell rings. 10-9 Henderson

Rd. 2

Henderson is just toying with Palhares in the opening of this round. Palhares lands a brutal big takedown. Palhares is now in Hendersons closed guard. Palhares rolls and grabs a heel hook, Palhares switches it into a kneebar. Henderson sits up and blasts him with a big shot. Henderson is able to escape and jumps out of danger and Palhares is forced to stand back up. Palhares shoots and is stuffed again. Henderson breaks the control on the ground with a shot to Palhares. Palhares looks for another takedown and Henderson has none of it. Henderson is now in Palhares full guard. Herb stands both fighters back up. Henderson lands a right hand and both men exchange head kick attempts. 10-9 Henderson

Rd. 3

Palhares early with another stuffed shot. Palhares attempts a spinning heel kick. Yeah, like chun li. Henderson blasts Palhares again as Palhares attempted another spinning heel kick. Palhares looks for two more takedowns that Henderson stuffs. Henderson lands two nice right hands and Palhares comes over the top and lands a shot of his own. Palhares is swinging for the fence here. Picture Balrog/Sagat mixed together. Henderson lands another two good rights on Palhares. Palhares grabs a leg and looks for a takedown. Henderson stuffs it and spins out of trouble. Henderson throws a punch and Palhares fakes a knockdown as he falls to his back and looks to land a kneebar. Henderson stands up and gets out of trouble. Henderson ends the round crushing Palhares chin as he was laying on the ground. 10-9 Henderson

Dan Henderson Via Unam. Decision

Dan Henderson is surprised that one of the judges gave a round to Palhares. Obviously he doesnt watch Ufc's, because horrible judging is a staple for the Ultimate Fighting Championships.

Randy Couture is interviewed about his fight coming up with Brock Lesnar. Let's go Brock. Hopefully Brock legit f5's Randy out of the UFC for good.

Tim Boetsch Vs. Michael Patt

They announce that Patt trains with Gurgel. Well if i know anything about Gurgel, it's to always bet against him. So from the start things are not looking good for Patt. Here's to hoping that someone left a banana peel in the cage so Boetsch can slip and even the fight up.

Rd. 1

Patt starts off with a leg kick early. Boetsch steps forward and lands on a nice shot on Patt. Boestsch is working some inside knees in the clinch. Boestsch breaks the clinch and throws a nice body kick. Boetsch works the body then drills Patt's face. Boetsch lands a huge right hand that crumbles Patt to the mat. Boetsch is ontop of him blasting away on him now. Herb stops the fight.

Hopefully they match Tim Boetsch/Houston Alexander sometime in the near future.

Rich Franklin Vs. Matt Hamill

HAMILL'S OUT TO SKYNYRD!
This is tough, who do you pick in a Gurgel/Gurgel match?

Rd. 1

Franklin is circling Hamill and throwing leg kicks. Hamil lands a nice right hand that Franklin counters with another leg kick. Hamil lands a nice uppercut on Franklin. Franklin juiced and is cut on his right eye. Franklin is continually landing leg kicks on Hamill. Why hasnt Hamill shot? I dont know. Hamill finally shoots and gets the takedown and passes. Franklin rolls his legs and looks for an armbar. Hamill juiced and both men are gaped open under their right eyebrows, on the forehead guys, on the forehead! Franklin pops up and lands a huge knee on Hamill. Pretty first round. 10-9 Franklin on account of all of his successful leg kicks.

Rd. 2

Franklin throws a leg kick and Hamill catches it and looks for a takedown. Franklin gets out of trouble and starts to tee off on Hamill with various shots. Ref halts the fight to have the doctors check Franklins eye. The fight is restarted. Hamill is continually looking for his right uppercut. Franklin is picking him apart here. Franklin kicks Hamill deep in the balls. Fight is halted again. After 20 seconds we get a restart. Franklin evades punishment while dishing out heaps of damage on Hamill. Franklin continues with his barrage of punishment to Hamill's legs. Franklin lands a great body kick and then follows with another leg kick.Snnnnoooooooooooooooooooze fest. Hamill catches a few Franklin kicks but doesnt capitalize. Can i give both guys minus 1 million points. Yeah, minus 1 million. This Gurgel/Gurgel fight is living up to its potential to be the most boring fights i've seen this year. The real loser thus far is Us, the audience and everyone that had to pay for this.

Rd. 3

Franklin finishes Matt off with a body kick that sends Hamill to the canvas, tapping and hurled over. WOOOOO it's over!

Rashad Evans Vs. Chuck Liddell

Rd. 1

Both men active with Chuck looking to unload on a big shot while Rashad keeps circling and avoiding damage. Rashad working his jab effectively and lands a nice leg kicks. Rashad keeps switching stances and dropping his hands to showboat. Chuck keeps the pressure on Rashad. Chuck juiced. Rashad is avoding damage, at the end of the round Chuck throws a big head kick after the horn. Tough round to call

Rd. 2

Rashad starts the round out pumping and dancing. He's obviously got him pissed off. Rashad and Chuck look to square up and both men unload with Rashad getting the better of the encounter. Chuck looks for a right hand and Rashad pushes him away. Rashad catches Chuck twice with hooks and he's just staying active and bouncing away from damage. RASHAD CRUSHED LIDEELL WITH A THUNDEROUS RIGHT. LIDDELL HITS THE HAY AND CRUMPLES TO THE GROUND. RASHAD JUST MURDERED LIDDELL. LIDDELL IS DONE AND SUGA IS DANCING LIKE A MAD MAN. ahahahahah AWESOME. Rashad just did him like I do chumps on Fight Night! Biggest Win of Suga's Career and man that was an outstanding perfomance.

Rashad Evans Via KO Rd. 2

Jason McDonald Vs. Jason Lambert

Rd. 1

McDonald immediately gets a takedown, Lambert locks in a guillotine as both men are on the ground and up against the fence. McDonald after a minute and half works out of danger and is in Lamberts full guard. Lambert is controlling McDonalds posture to avoid any real damage. This needs to be stood up. McDonald finally lands some shots and connects with a few elbows and shots to Lamberts head. Lambert locks in a guillotine and has it deep as the round closes. McDonald stays consensus by throwing punches into Lamberts head. 10-9 McDonald

Rd. 2

The round opens with both men flurrying. McDonald snatches a takedown and McDonald works to pass and gets Lamberts back. McDonald locks in a body triangle and McDonald sinks in a deep Rear Naked Choke. Lambert taps and it's all over.
