Good to see Festus back on TV and in a decent angle that will give him and Punk a push... would of been nice to see a few months earlier with Punk still having the belt though....

Well in my ideal outcome, Batista beats the boring old cripple into immidiate retirement... and I never have to witness another reign of doom or a 12 minute entrance.... oh and I'd then want to watch WrestleMania... but anyways...
I think Injustice is probably right with chairs being legal? who the fu## knows what goes on with creative at present... they clearly think that having a card full of gimmick matches is gonna work!
On Punk: it's great to know they are going ahead with this angle... Punk needs an edge to his character and Festus needs work! Everyone's a winner! And I think the idea of this is fu##ing genius... Can hardly believe that Creative came up with this?

yeah, that is pretty crazy ... WCW prove that a ppv FULL of gimmick matches just doesnt work.... at least the ECW championship will be defended on a ppv again....

my guess a chairs match .....is a chair is suspended from the top....the first man to grab the chair and use it ....is the winner....i hope it dosent mean just chairs because thats not even a gimmick ....thats just lame

Well personally, I like these gimmick matches. If they had a storyline to go along with the rivalries, then maybe I could get more into them. With this being a tables-ladders-chairs PPV event, I was hoping all of the matches would have all three items involved, but no beans. That Shelton Benjamin VS Christian match is gonna be epic I hope.

Luke Gallos........ I just don't get it!
Why that name? Still is good to see Festus back on TV for this friday's episode. At least he is more interesting than Jesse AKA Slam Master J who i don't know why does he still has a job in WWE.
I don't like too much gimmicks PPV but i'm looking foward to the TLC PPV with that card looking strong so far on paper, but obviously the one match that will steal the damn show is Christian vs Shelton Benjamin in a Ladder Match for the ECW Title. That match can be a candidate for match of the year and I'm looking Foward to watch this match.

not 100% sure, but I thought his new moniker was "Luke Gallows" (with a "w" in the last name)...
"Gallows" by definition is a wooden structure used for hanging and executions---"Gallos" is Spanish for "chickens" and Italian for "roosters", isn't it?
Vince probably got the name on page 27 of his "Boogeyman and Other Dumb Wrestling Names" paperback....Luke Gallows was listed underneath G.I. Bro, Mr. Ass and Thurman "Sparky" Plugg Holly.
