Mysterio's 2010 WWE Pay-Per-View Return, Why He'll Need More Surgery

- Rey Mysterio is planning to undergo a lesser surgery on his ACL injury that would allow him to return sooner than a more invasive surgery would. WWE is hoping that Rey will return at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view in January.

Originally, officials were worried that he would be out of action for six to nine months but Rey is looking to get back in the ring as soon as possible. He will still need the full surgery later on.

Rey signed copies of his new book for about 500 fans last night in New Jersey and was not selling the injury.

He's gonna miss Wrestlemania 2010 anyway, just have the surgery with the longer recovery period and get it fixed right. Maybe after an extended vacation he won't get hurt in his third match back for once.

so Ray Ray is going to rush is return to then get reinjured 4months time???
Ray isnt going to b able to walk soon.... just get it done proply Ray... i could do without u on TV for 9months....

Dammit Rey-Rey just stay on the shelf so you can fully recover.  Don't let them amputate you leg off Rey please!!!  Cuz' that's what is gonna happen if your leg keeps goin out.
