* 1960 - Al Costello & Roy Heffernan defeated Red & Lou Bastien for the WWWF Tag Team title
* 1974 - Crusher & Billy Robinson defeated Nick Bockwinkel & Ray Stevens for the AWA Tag Team title
* 1981 - Tony Garea and Rick Martel defeated the Moondogs for the WWWF Tag Team title.
* 1985 - Tully Blanchard defeated Magnum T.A. for the NWA U.S. Heavyweight title
* 1995 - Dean Malenko defeated Eddy Guerrero for the ECW Television title, beginning his second reign as champ.
* 1996 - WWF held their In Your House 9: International Incident event in Vancouver, BC. The main event saw Vader, Owen Hart and The British Bulldog defeat Shawn Michaels, Sycho Sid, and Ahmed Johnson.
* 2000 - Tracy Smothers and Steve Armstrong defeated Scotty Sabre and BJ Payne for the Ohio Valley Southern Heavyweight Tag Title
* 2002 - Cody Hawk defeats Lance (Garrison) Cade in Jeffersonville, Indiana to win the Heartland Wrestling Association Heavyweight Title for the second time.
* 2002 - The Rock defeated The Undertaker and Kurt Angle for the WWE Unified Heavyweight title at WWE's Vengeance event. This would be The Rock's last world title reign before retiring from wrestling. Also that night, Christian and Lance Storm defeated Edge and Hulk Hogan for the WWE Tag Team titles.
