- WWE will be releasing a new DVD on Batista titled Batista:
Unleashed. The three-disc set comes out on October 13th of this year
and has a run time of 540 minutes.
- WWE Hall of Famer Ricky Steamboat defeated Chris Jericho at a
SmackDown/ECW live event last night in Greenville, SC. According to
fans in attendance, Jericho cut a nasty promo on the crowd before a fan
rushed the ring but got hung up on the bottom rope and taken out by
security.
Regarding the incident, Chris Jericho wrote the following on his Twitter last night: A fan hit the ring during my promo before my match in Greenville...things did not turn out well for him.
