This is a much better video and proves that Jericho was assulated. First the woman pushed him, then as Jericho turned around and went to his car the woman then grabbed him, thats when Jericho through the punch, and did u notice the girl was wearing a John Cena shirt? This just proves that it was the womans fault, and she can't tell fantasy from reality.

Also it looks like Jericho has his backed turned to the person who grabs at him and he had no idea it's a girl, it's just a reflex. He's defending himself. Did you hear all the rude crap they were yelling at him?

he never should have gotton out of his car/suv.... i heard alot people asking for pics with him and only one guy talking sh## to him.... after hitting that girl [lol..stupid fu##], hees lucky that car/suv wasent flipped end over end... every one of those people were/are fans of the wwe and jericho has been in that spot before [being the top heal in the wwe], "HE KNEW BETTER" you can justify his actions all you want but i can almost gurantee somthing is going to happen from this.... he is probably going to try and turn this on to the wwe as not having suffecient security for him [its his only defense really].... think im gonna throw a warm cup of apple juice [ahem, hint everyone] on him tonight in sacramento just for kicks...lol

Tell me how could he avoided all those people without running over them? All those "fans" should know better and shouldnt have followed the man in the first place. Have they heard of a thing called "privacy?" Apparently not. And apparently something else is that your blind, did u not see the woman grab him and push him? Its called self-defense, get a dictionary and look it up.

I dont' care if they were fans....she had no right to hit his car or whatever she did to get him to stop the car and get out. She should've just let him go. Also, how was she in the right in pushing him? The security should've have taken her away from his vehicle.
I don't see how she can press charges when she was the one who instigated it. Its like those people who will get in someones face and do anything possible to get them to snap and when that person does snap...the instigator makes themselve out to be the victim. Its ridiculous.
Plus, she was probably drunk anyway. Dumb ho.

wow, even though those fans didn't show jericho much in the way of respect, there is no excuse for him throwing a punch at that girl. sure, she was very disrespectful, but she did not deserve that. all he had to do was just take a fu**ing picture with her!!

Let me see if I've got this right. She rushes up from behind him and either grabs, pushes, or jostles Jericho in order to provoke a response, and SHE'S the VICTIM?? What planet are these people from? It was stupid for Jericho to get out of the SUV. But provoked people confronted with a mob scene (and from what I could see on the video clips here it was a mob of people who were deliberately trying to provoke a response from Jericho) do stupid things. So now they're crying "I'm a victim" because they got the response they were seeking? I don't condone what I KNOW Jericho did (get out of the SUV) or what he accused of doing (hitting and or spitting). But if you deliberatly put yourself in harm's way, you forfeit your "victim" status.
